Paper Feather Garlands

Looking to add some whimsy to your walls? This super easy and pretty craft project is just what you need to keep the kids busy these school holidays and update their walls at the same time.

All you will need is some beautiful patterned and coloured paper, some string, scissors and a Stanley knife. I got this paper from Kikki.K and the string is cotton bakers twine which comes in the most beautiful colours.

Using scissors, cut out your feather shapes. Using the Stanley knife cut two small lines at the top of the feather to thread the string through.

Attach it to the wall using some gorgeous Washi tape and you're all set.

Whats you're favourite DIY garland? Id love to know.... make sure you use the comments section below. And if you get crafty this week and make sure you take a photo and give me a shout out @katetaylorandcloth on Instagram, #taylorandclothdiy

Happy Making!
