How do I care for Taylor + cloth products?

Taylor + cloth recommends you wash all your linen throws and cotton pillowcases on a gentle cycle in the washing machine using a mild detergent, with similar colours. Linen throws are to be line dried. 

All crocheted cushion covers should be hand washed with a mild detergent, do not rub or soak, lay flat to dry, do not use a dryer. Cushion inners can be machine washed and line dried.

Crocheted pot holders can be washed in a washing machine on a gentle cycle, using a mild detergent with similar colours. Dry lying flat, do not use a dryer.

Linen table runners should be gently spot cleaned or gently hand washed if absolutely necessary, do not rub or wring out. Lay flat to dry.

Item description and representation

We have endeavoured to visually represent and describe each Taylor + cloth product as accurately as possible. All of our products are hand made and printed and because of this colours, prints and designs may vary slightly from the photographed item or the colours displayed on screen. 

I received my product and I’m concerned about imperfections.

We feel that the hand crafted style of our products is part of the charm of Taylor + cloth, however if you are not happy with any variations you have found in the stitching, printing or colour of your product, please email kate@taylorandcloth.com.au and we can organise a refund or exchange.

Please note that all pricing is in AUD Australia dollars.

When will my order be shipped?

Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post. International customers- We highly recommend tracking on your package, please contact us for pricing.

Do you refund or exchange items?

We want each customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are genuinely unhappy with your item or find fault with your purchase we will allow an exchange. We do not allow refunds or exchanges for incorrect choice. Returns must be sent within 7 days from the date the order was received, in perfect condition and original packaging. Note that we are unable to refund your shipping costs however any exchange that is sent out will not incur additional shipping costs. Please email us at kate@taylorandcloth.com.au.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, via PayPal or direct deposit. 

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). No personal or confidential information is collected directly by shopify.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you. Should you choose, you can open an account with us where you provide your personal details to enable faster checkouts. These details are kept in our secure database and is used for internal business planning purposes only. We will never give out or sell your personal information that you provide to us. At any time you can log into your account to check or change the accuracy of the information that we hold. Should you opt into receiving our e-newsletter you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.
